Mastery Stars are the long-term engagement system that rewards dedicated players for specialising in specific products, crops, and animals. There are two parallel mastery tracks: Store Mastery and Farm Mastery.
🏪 Store Mastery
Each display type earns mastery through total customer purchases from that display.

Display Mastery Benefits Stack:
A Bread Shelf at 3-star mastery earns 20% more than a fresh Bread Shelf.
Combined with Farm Mode (+40%) and a Grand Sale campaign (+50%):
Total multiplier: 1.20 × 1.40 × 1.50 = 2.52× base value
🌾 Farm Mastery
Farm Mastery covers crops, animals, and processing buildings (detailed in 13-farm-mastery.md).

🌟 Combined Mastery Score
The Total Mastery Score combines store and farm mastery:
- 1 mastery star = 1 point
- Maximum possible stars: ~200 (70+ display types + 19 crops + 9 animals + 16 buildings) × 3 stars each

Reaching 3-star mastery on a display unlocks an exclusive display skin — a visual reskin that makes the display look premium/themed.

📈 Mastery XP Acceleration
Higher mastery levels also speed up future leveling:
- Each 3-star display: +2% XP from all customer purchases
- Each 3-star crop: +1% XP from all harvests
- Full Farm Mastery (all 3 stars): +50 FT bonus per day
- Full Store Mastery (all 3 stars on all displays): +5% all coin earnings permanently
